What to wear hiking in the rain (so you don't get trench foot)

I wasn't going to create this video at first because I thought I could lump it in with my future 'What to wear hiking in cold weather' video (keep an eye out in a few months), but considering this ended up being 23 minutes long it really did deserve its own. I go over everything from base layers, to mid layers, to waterproofs, plus a few extra handy hiking accessories that I think are essential to keeping comfortable in the wet weather. Hiking (or trekking or hill walking or backpacking) in the rain is definitely a whole new ball game that requires its own set of gear, so hopefully this video gives you an idea of how you need to prepare for it! If you take anything from this video let it be this: you shouldn't let the rain stop you from doing what you love. 🥾🌧️
